In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to the vacation time of a certain employee of the Trial Court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, and in order to satisfy a moral obligation, John J.
McAuliffe, an employee of the trial court of the Commonwealth, shall be entitled to 5 weeks of vacation, annually.
