An Act Relative to the Officers of the Court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 58 in line number 19 of Chapter 30 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is here by amended by inserting, after the word “custody,” the following words: “or in the case of Court Officers any person under his/her jurisdiction.”
