An Act requiring school bus operators and monitors to be mandated reporters of suspected child abuse or neglect.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 21 of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amending by inserting after the word “administrator”, in line 32, the following words:- a school bus operator, driver or monitor.
