An Act relative to drug and alcohol testing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 24 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 509 and 510, the words “breath or blood” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- breath, blood or urine.
