An Act relative to child labor laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 87 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 28, after the words “by said physician” the words:— “within twenty-four months prior to the date on said certificate”.
