An Act authorizing the Nantucket Islands Land Bank to dispose of certain land situated in the town of Nantucket.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1.  Pursuant to Article XCVII of the Amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Nantucket Islands Land Bank may sell, convey or otherwise dispose of certain land situated in the Town of Nantucket and described as an approximately 5,000 square foot portion of Town of Nantucket Assessor’s Map 42.3.4, Parcel 2.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
