Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 32(b) of Chapter 118G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end the following: “The council and 1199SEIU shall work jointly with other interested stakeholders to establish a new personal care attendant orientation program for all persons newly hired as a personal care attendant. Said orientation shall supplement and not replace training provided by consumers.
