An Act further regulating pharmacists..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The fourth paragraph of section 12D of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:— If an over the counter interchangeable drug product is available, the pharmacist shall so inform the drug purchaser.
