An Act relative to the possession of weapons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 170 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby amended in section 1 by striking “federal, state or municipal” in each instance where it occurs and inserting in place thereof the following: “federal, state, county or municipal”.
Section 2. Said chapter is hereby amended in section 2 by striking the words, “state police and municipal police” and inserting in place thereof the following: “state, county and municipal law enforcement agencies”.
