An Act relative to the retirement rights of Massport employees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended to include mechanical maintenance men, consisting of plumbers, steam pipe fitters, facility technicians, building equipment mechanics, building mechanical maintenance man A, mechanical department foremen and immediate supervisors located at MASSPORT located at the Logan International Airport located in the City of Boston in Group 2 of the retirement system.
