An Act relative to the retirement rights of criminal prosecutors..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) of section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “more” the words:— , assistant attorney general for criminal matters which shall include individuals whose primary responsibility is the prosecution of criminal matters on behalf of the attorney general, as so certified by the attorney general.
