An Act relative to family networks..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding and general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 18B of the Mass General Laws is amended by adding Section 23: “the Department of Children and Families is precluded from spending any state dollars on Family Networks contacts, so called, and all cost savings utilized from the cancellation of such contracts shall be used to hire additional social workers and supervisors including cost such as additional manager, desks, computers, etc.
