An Act relative to the retirement benefits of certain persons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 4 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 242 to 244 the following words:-
provided, however, that the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to any member first elected on or before January 1, 1986.
