An Act relative to the retirement rights of registered nurses in the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended to include Registered Nurses employed by a Sheriff’s Department in Group 4 of the retirement system.
