An Act relative to the retirement of nurses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words, "wayward children;" in line 256 the following:- or employees of any municipal department, city or town whose regular and major duties include the provision of health care by licensed nurses;.
