An Act relative to the retirement rights of animal control officers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Paragraph (g) of subdivision 2 of Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition,  is hereby amended in line 296 by inserting after the word “agent” the following:  “all animal control officers;”.
