An Act relative to film tax credits.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 158 of the acts of 2005 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.  Chapter 62 , Section 6, subsection (l) of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the said subsection (l).

SECTION 3.  Chapter 63, Section 38X of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the said section 38X.

SECTION 4.   Chapter 64H, Section 6, paragraph (ww) is hereby amended by striking the said paragraph (ww).
