An Act Relative to the Definition of Mandated Reporters..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1:Section 21 of Chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words in line 32 “educational administrator,” the following words:-

“employee contracted by a public or private school facility,”
