An Act to change assessing policies..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapters 58 and 59 of the General Laws, or any other law, no municipality may change the assessment or increase the current taxes on a residential property until that property is sold.
