An Act relative to the imposition of special taxes on public employees.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding after section 71 the following new section:-

Section 72.  The Commonwealth shall not impose any special fees or taxes upon state employees to fund capital improvements.
