An Act establishing a renewable energy investment commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. This act will establish a commission to study the economic, health, public safety, and environmental impacts of the five laws that form the core of the state's renewable energy initiative: the oceans act, the green communities act, the clean energy biofules act, the global warming solutions act, and the green jobs act.
