An Act relative to Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority fares.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 5, subsection (e)  of Chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 official edition,  is hereby amended by adding at the end the following sentence:  “Further, the board shall not require payment of any fare by any person 80 years of age or older.”
