An Act Relative to Active Duty Junior Operators..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 20 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 182 of the acts of 2008, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 94, after the word “police”,  the following words:-- 

, unless the junior operator is enrolled in active duty in the armed forces.

SECTION 2. Section 20 of chapter 90 is hereby further amended by inserting, in line 79, after the word “registrar”, the following words:--

, unless the junior operator is enrolled in active duty in the armed forces
