An Act designating a state road in the city of Waltham as Landry Way.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The access road located behind the Francis Cabot Lowell Mill at 190 Moody street in the city of Waltham, and parallel to Landry Park, that is owned and maintained by the department of conservation and recreation, shall be designated and known as Landry Way for identification purposes and to facilitate the making of improvements and repairs. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
