An Act relative to the use of headlights..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 15 of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:—

Every vehicle shall be required to use their headlights whenever the windshield wipers of the vehicle are in use.
