An Act relative to the use of headlights on motor vehicles.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 15 of Chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the

1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first

sentence the following sentence:—  Every vehicle shall display lights so as to be visible from the front

and the rear whenever the windshield wipers of such vehicle are in use.
