An Act relative the Department of Veterans Services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official edition is hereby
amended by inserting after paragraph one, the following: -
“Provided further, the secretary shall be a veteran, as defined in clause Forty-third of section 7 of chapter 4 of the
Massachusetts General Laws.”
