An Act relative to the recruitment of cosmetology students.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 87BB of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “thereof” in line 55, the following words:— Schools are prohibited from recruiting students from forty feet of a

building that contains an office that provides services from the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance and/or an office that provides services from the Massachusetts Division of Employment and Training.
