By Ms. Walz of Boston, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1961) of Martha M. Walz and Benjamin Swan relative to the sale of certain excess capacity public school facilities to commonwealth charter schools. Education.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to improve public school facilities, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
