By Mr. Cusack of Braintree, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Mark J. Cusack, John F. Keenan and Brian A. Joyce for legislation to authorize the Department of Probation to establish a sick leave bank for David C. Napolitano, an employee of said department. The Judiciary.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the trial court, , therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
