An Act authorizing the town of Lincoln to place a certain question relative to the sale of all alcoholic beverages on the town's election ballot

(by vote of the town) that the town of Lincoln be authorized to place a ballot question before the voters relative to changing an existing license for the sale of wines and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises to a license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises
