An Act AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SICK LEAVE BANK FOR DACIA THOMPSON, AN EMPLOYEE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
By Mr. Henriquez of Boston, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Carlos Henriquez and John A. Hart, Jr., for legislation to establish a sick leave bank for Dacia Thompson, an employee of the Department of Children and Families. Public Service.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the department of children and families, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
