An Act to include substituted cathinones, also known as "bath salts," in class C substances

The committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3739) of George T. Ross and other for legislation to categorize bath salts, so-called, as a class C substance, reports recommending that the accompanying bill (House, No. 4383) ought to pass.
