An Act relative to voting procedures for home rule petitions.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 11 of chapter 43B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 15 and 16, the words, “as a single question unless the report of the charter commission provides for the separate submission of proposed revisions.”
