An Act amending the public works municipal mutual aid agreement statute.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The definition of “public works incident” as appearing in subsection (a) of Section 4K of chapter 40 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “disaster,” the following words:- “or other circumstance.”
