An Act encouraging municipal recycling and composting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8H of Chapter 40 of the general laws is herby amended by striking in line 1 the word “may” and inserting in place thereof the word “shall”
And striking in line 1 the words “by approval of the local legislative body”
And striking in line 7 the word “may” and inserting in place thereof the word “shall”
And striking in line 9 the words “designated by the local legislative body”
