An Act relative to the rights of abutters.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 3 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, at the end thereof, the following:-Nonwithstanding the provisions of this section, any major changes to the landscape or use of a property must be approved by all abutting neighbors.
