An Act authorizing the town of Ipswich to grant an easement for the North Green Sidewalk..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the Town of Ipswich is authorized to approve the transfer of the two parcels of land shown as "SW-1" and "SW-2" on the plan entitled "Ipswich, North Main Street at Meetinghouse Green, Right of Way Plans Sheet 2 of 4," prepared by Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., dated 09-27-2010, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, with metes and bounds depicted on a plan entitled "Plan of land showing location of land transfers and Town alteration of North Main Street and Meetinghouse Green in the Town of Ipswich, Essex County, scale: 20 feet to the inch, Date: October 14, 2010," to the Board of Selectmen for sidewalk purposes, said parcels now being a portion of the parcel of land known as the North Green (further described as Parcel 292 on Assessor's Map 42A). 

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
