An Act ensuring access to basic health care for children and young adults..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Clause (b) of subsection 2 of section 9A of chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the figure “18” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:– 20.
SECTION 2. Clause (c) of subsection 2 of section 9A of chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the figure “18” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:– 20.
SECTION 3. Clause (d) of subsection 2 of section 9A of chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the figure “19” and inserting in place thereof the figure:– 21.
SECTION 4. Subsection 1 of section 16C of chapter 118e of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the figure “18” and inserting in place thereof the figure:– 20.
SECTION 5. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, persons made eligible by this Act, shall be eligible for medical services in a plan to be determined by the executive office of health and human services, provided such benefits include early, periodic, screening, diagnosis, and treatment services as described by 42 U.S.C.1396d(r).
