An Act relative to medical malpractice..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 2 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, is amended by inserting, after paragraph 7 the following:- Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, if a registered physician is convicted of 3 cases of medical malpractice the board shall revoke said physician's registration.
