An Act relative to public safety..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  All establishments will provide signage that notifies the user/occupants of the location of emergency exits; and also, urges the user/occupant that in the event of an emergency that they should stay calm and proceed orderly to one of these exits; and that the state develop and order all school districts to advise students of the procedure to evacuate a premise in an orderly and calm manner in an emergency.
