An Act to provide concurrent police authority for Massachusetts Port Authority properties..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                Section 110 of Chapter 205 of the Acts of 1996 is hereby amended in the first sentence by deleting the words after “General Edward Lawrence Logan  international airport” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“and shall have concurrent police authority with the local police force in all other Massachusetts port authority properties.”
