An Act relative to meetings of the Board of Building Regulations and Standards.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 97 of chapter 143 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the words “city of Boston.”
SECTION 2. Section 97 of chapter 143 is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 5, the words “and November.”
SECTION 3. Section 97 of chapter 143 is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 6, the words “and places.”
SECTION 4. Section 97 of chapter 143 is hereby further amended by striking out the third sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Hearings shall be convened and petitions shall be submitted to the board in accordance with the written administrative procedures for such purpose as prescribed by the board.
SECTION 5. Section 97 of chapter 143 is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “hearing”, in line 11, the following words:- and shall also be available electronically.
