An Act relative to the dissemination of information to private detectives..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 30A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “therein,” in line 7, the following words: persons licensed by the department of state police to conduct criminal and civil investigations pursuant to section twenty-two of chapter one hundred and forty-seven.
