An Act relative to retirement benefits for Raymond P. Belsito.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding paragraph (e) of subdivision (6) of section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the State Board of Retirement shall retire Raymond P. Belsito effective July 16, 2010 with all retirement benefits for which he is otherwise eligible as of July 16, 2010 as determined by the Board, despite his not completing two consecutive years of employment upon his return to employment with the Commonwealth.
