An Act relative to the retirement of Charles E. Williams.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary affecting the non-contributory or contributory system, Charles E. Williams of Waltham shall be deemed eligible for a retirement allowance under section 94 of chapter 32 of the General Laws.
