An Act relative to the bargainability of health insurance for part-time municipal employees..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 32B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence of subsection (d) in line 36 the following: — Persons who are ineligible because their duties require less than twenty hours, regularly, during the regular work week may be provided health insurance pursuant to the provisions of a collective bargaining agreement.
