An Act pertaining to the rights of fire fighters and police officers..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 235 of the Acts of 1994 is hereby amended by striking the words “within three years of termination” in the first paragraph.
