An Act relative to surviving spouses of retirees..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9B of Chapter 32B is hereby amended in the first paragraph by striking the words “the entire cost of such premiums without any contribution by the governmental unit.” And inserting in place thereof the following:- the same percentage of premium that had been paid by the employee or retired employee.
