An Act further regulating salaries of public employees serving in the armed services of the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 137 of the Acts of 2003, as amended by section 2 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008, is hereby further amended by striking out section 21 and inserting in place thereof the following section:--
Section 21. Section 1 shall expire on September 11, 2014. Sections 2 and 3 shall expire on September 11, 2005.
